Observation

There were two children with food allergies and neither one had the documentation from the Health care provider required to provide the details for staff to follow including what foods to substitute and what to do for an allergic reaction. In addition, one of the children did have a document signed only by the parent that there was an "epi-pen" for anaphylaxsis but it did not say what the allergen was. This document was a year old. An epi pen was tracked down supposedly for this child and their allergy but there was no name on it, it was not in a labeled box with the precriptive information on it and it was expired in October 2022.
